Settings Bug Fix

Finally figured out the problem with settings.  Windows ignores case but Godot doesn't, so when I play it and the settings menu is not capitalized when changing scene it works fine. But after I export the game, Godot will suddenly realize the letter is not uppercase and stop the player from changing scene, resulting in Settings being broken for everyone except me. What a weird bug.
